Before & After Home Remodeling Projects

This is a beautiful transformation of a master bath in North Phoenix. Originally the bathroom was builder-grade and built around the early 2000s. It was getting dated and dark. The homeowners wanted it to have a spa-like feeling and a place where they could relax. The old snail shower was torn out, and the shower area decreased a bit so that a clawfoot antique-like tub could be added. This is a bathroom anyone could be happy about!

This project took the Gold Award at the 2022 NARI Greater Phoenix CotY Awards on January 24, 2023. It was a residential home interior remodel less than $100,000. As you can see, it was an extreme makeover where the kitchen and den were opened up to be a part of the living space. A sunken living room was filled in, and walls were removed. Cabinetry and an oversized island were installed to give wonderful functionality with all of their conveniences in storage. The homeowners were delighted with the way this kitchen and living area remodel turned out.

This primary bathroom in Glendale was dated and had a tub that was not being utilized. They wanted to raise the vanity space, have a larger shower and storage. The results were a sleek, bright, and modern space that they love! 

This bathroom for this Sun City homeowner was getting to be more difficult to maneuver with her current health needs. The step-down shower was awkward. Through the designer's ideas and ingenuity, we were able to take space from another area of the home to allow for a deeper, curbless, walk-in shower. The result is stunning. The aesthetics are pleasing to any eye for any home!
