Before & After Home Remodeling Projects

This kitchen needed more workspace as well as more connection to the rest of the home. This kitchen remodel was part of a whole home remodel, we opened up a pass-through and upgraded all the appliances. Gorgeous, high-quality StarMark Cabinetry went in and we raised the soffits to fit the taller cabinets. 

You can hardly imagine this is the same kitchen! We opened up the wall into the living area to turn this claustrophobic kitchen into an open concept design. We also raised the entire roofline around these rooms to make everything more breathable. All the can lighting brightened up this space and moved away from the yellowish, fluorescent lighting of the original, 70s design. 

Carpet in the bathroom is something we will never understand! We did not change much in terms of layout, however we were able to take space from the walk in closet and expand the cramped stall shower into this beautiful, curbless walk-in.

Shower floor tile is Bianco Carrara Penny Rounds which also accent the tub. Wall tile is a unique 3D White Twist. 

These homeowners called in because the previous owners had attempted to update this kitchen but cut a lot of corners. The painted cabinets were quickly showing their flaws and the quality left a lot to be desired. The layout worked for their home, so they did not want to make any drastic changes, simply a high-quality upgrade. While we were at it, we installed taller, StarMark Cabinetry and many wonderful storage pull-outs and spaces. These homeowners wanted a timeless look for their kitchen, and flooring throughout to tie their home together. By removing two wall areas we created not one, but two living spaces for the kitchen to open into and to make entertaining a joy!
