We have two full bathrooms to remodel but we want them done one at a time. #1 Master bath will need: New cabinets, countertops, mirror, fixtures (2 sinks), toilet, full shower (has no tub), fan, flooring. Maybe new lighting?? The shower must have a door that has a door that OPENS, NOT SLIDES! #2 Other bathroom in the house has a tub rather than a shower. Still needs a tub but don't know whether to keep or replace. New cabinets, countertops, mirror, fixtures (2 sinks), toilet, fan, flooring. BUT this bathroom also has a floor to ceiling linen closet. So the doors (4 doors and facing) will need to be replaced to match the sink cabinets. Maybe new lighting?? We won't be living here for the rest of our lives, so we don't want to get too fancy but still want it to be attractive. Will hopefully also help keep costs down. I can paint both bathrooms but I could be talked into you doing if not too expensive. ;-)
