The vanities in this bathroom were originally on opposite sides of the bathroom. Now it is a long, sleek, double vanity.
Gorgeous Double Vanity with a seated, makeup area.
The layout here did not change too much, but removing the outdated wallpaper and carpet did wonders for the modern look the homeowners wanted.
We eliminated what was a small, stall shower with poor lighting and opened it up into this curbless walk-in shower.
You can never have too much storage space!
The master bedroom used to sit further into the original bathroom. There was a lot of dead space and the homeowners wanted to expand the square footage of the master bathroom. The wall was moved three feet to allow for this.
This guest bath had a dividing wall and it gave the bathroom a cramped feeling. Now it is an open, roomy space that flows together beautifully.
New flooring went throughout the home.
There were larger, encroaching pillars bordering the entrance to this living space. They were removed and a support beam put in place to open up the home.
Gorgeous new wood flooring to match and flow with the rest of the home.
Here you can see the new beam put in to add extra support to this load bearing entryway. Removing the pillars took away the dated feel of the home.
We love how open and inviting this space became.
The new flooring perfectly complements the doors and dining table.
This used to be a very southwest style stone, arched fireplace. It was closed in with this sleek, electric fireplace and a modern mantle update.
The 3D White Twist wall tile around the shower and tub and the Bianco Carrara Penny Rounds add texture and dimension to this crisp look!
This original look of this bathroom was like walking into the '70s! Striped wallpaper and carpeted flooring mixed with dim, yellow-tinted lighting created a very dated space. The homeowners also wanted to add square footage to the bathroom and make it more spacious. The master bedroom had enough dead space that we were able to move out a wall and create a roomier master bath. Everything was modernized, with truer white lighting and just an overall cleaner space to meet their needs.
