This was a gorgeous bathroom remodel in Glendale. Originally they had a small, stall shower and a built-in soaker tub. The layout was the same as is common in many homes. However, for homeowners who do not take baths, having a bathtub is a waste of space. We are seeing many bathroom remodels in Scottsdale, Glendale and the surrounding Phoenix area including removing the bathtub and using that space to create a nice, beautiful and spacious walk-in shower! In this home, we expanded the shower area and added a built-in linen closet to offer better use of the space.
