Master Bath
The vanities in this bathroom were originally on opposite sides of the bathroom. Now it is a long, sleek, double vanity.

Master Bathroom
Gorgeous Double Vanity with a seated, makeup area.

Master Bathroom
The layout here did not change too much, but removing the outdated wallpaper and carpet did wonders for the modern look the homeowners wanted.

Master Bathroom Shower and Closet
We eliminated what was a small, stall shower with poor lighting and opened it up into this curbless walk-in shower.

Scottsdale Master Suite
You can never have too much storage space!

Master Suite
The master bedroom used to sit further into the original bathroom. There was a lot of dead space and the homeowners wanted to expand the square footage of the master bathroom. The wall was moved three feet to allow for this.

Guest Bath
This guest bath had a dividing wall and it gave the bathroom a cramped feeling. Now it is an open, roomy space that flows together beautifully.

Living Room and Fireplace
New flooring went throughout the home.

Living Room and Fireplace
There were larger, encroaching pillars bordering the entrance to this living space. They were removed and a support beam put in place to open up the home.

Scottsdale Entryway
Gorgeous new wood flooring to match and flow with the rest of the home.

Scottsdale Living Room
Here you can see the new beam put in to add extra support to this load bearing entryway. Removing the pillars took away the dated feel of the home.

Scottsdale Living Room
We love how open and inviting this space became.

Scottsdale Dining Room
The new flooring perfectly complements the doors and dining table.

Scottsdale Fireplace Remodel
This used to be a very southwest style stone, arched fireplace. It was closed in with this sleek, electric fireplace and a modern mantle update.

Scottsdale Master Bath
The 3D White Twist wall tile around the shower and tub and the Bianco Carrara Penny Rounds add texture and dimension to this crisp look!
