Galley Kitchen
This was a dramatic change. In this original 1976 home, the kitchen was closed off into a small galley at the back end of the room. The space where the island, refrigerator and stove are now was originally part of a very big living room. By removing the galley wall and making the Open Kitchen/Great Room concept, the kitchen was tied into the living space. Lovely feel.
