Home Remodeling Before & After Photos

This is a stunning transformation of an older home in Phoenix. The homeowners bought it knowing they wanted to remodel and make it their own. No surface was left untouched, and the cabinetry and finishings were cohesive throughout to make it flow nicely. See the entire album here.

These homeowners had a leaking shower and decided it was time for a full refresh of the master bathroom. The flooring had been done fairly recently, but the rest of the bathroom was much more dated. We redid the shower to be a curbless entry and swapped out the tub and built-in surround for a deep, free-standing tub. The vanities have a much cleaner look. You can see in the "Before", the narrow single sink on the far wall with the lower, awkward vanity spot. The other vanity also had an off-center sink. The "After" has a much more consistent, timeless design. 

The homeowner wanted to modernize their Master Bathroom from a home built in the late 80s/early 90s that had never seen an update. TraVek was able to help with a complete redesign that included relocating the shower and creating a full vanity. With the shower floor Flat Pebble tile and the stylish Deco backsplash, this homeowner achieved the beachcomber aesthetic of their dream!

These homeowners loved the location of their home, but knew they had to make some changes to keep it their forever home. It's hard to believe these are pictures of the same kitchen! We utilized the space they had by closing the open soffit space with taller cabinets and opening up the closed off corner of the kitchen design and put in an island. The rich Mocha Starmark Cabinetry with the Marfil River countertops and the Reward Boca Birch Copper Sand wood flooring gave this kitchen a sleek, modern look!

This was a beautiful remodeling transformation where we transformed a darker, more congested and even tired looking kitchen into one that is fresh, airy, clean, and modern-looking. The cabinets are Starmark. The homeowners were delighted by the beautifully remodeled kitchen and we think you can see why!
