Masterbath Remodel after.
Glass block in the masterbath shower was a great way to allow light to pass through the shower and lighten the large room during daylight hours.
The shower handles are set at the entrance of the shower so that you can stand back away from the water while you adjust the temperature.
This beautiful window that was set a little higher than shoulder level allowed more of the beautiful southern exposure sun to light up the whole shower and bathroom area.

This home had a lot of beautiful landscaping very close to the house, but we were able to get in and out, keeping the area clean and the plants undamaged.
TraVek painted the exterior of the house.
We rebuilt this barbeque area.
The columns in the dining area were painted to accent the color of the room, as well as tie in with the wood on the door and in the flooring.
The colors in the woodwork of the door, the walls and decor, and the flooring carried over throughout the house so as to tie it all together.
In the place where the arch was, there was once a hallway. They closed in the arch and will use it as an art display. On the other side, they changed an existing sitting room and small bath/bedroom to become private guest quarters with a nice-sized bathroom, beautiful sitting room and good storage.

This shower has a curbless entry. Curbless entries are easier to keep clean and are nice for everyone, but especially the elderly or handicapped.

Finishing touches in the master bedroom
This shows the outside wall of the addition. Originally it was a patio, and we extended the side of the house out to the flower box in order to expand the living area inside.
The original home wall ended at the end of the patio doors. We moved the wall out so they could put a pool table in that section. Notice how the flooring was matched seamlessly, and there is no indication that it was an addition
This pool table area was once part of the exterior patio. The homeowner extended the wall out about 8 feet, and was able to get some nice space off the end of the existing living room.
The flooring ties in so nicely with the addition that no one would realize this was an addition to the original house.
This is a great feature, especially for homes with little children and/or pets. The patio door shades are all enclosed, so there are no strings hanging, no shutters for the kids or pets to grab, and no endless dusting!
The detail of the tile is evident in the flooring tile, too.
The glass wall snail shower was a great way to allow more light into the master bathroom.
On the side of the wall as you walked into the shower, we put towel hangers. Look at the detail in the tile work!
Notice how such detail can make such an aesthetic difference. Every little detail adds up to one beautiful job.

The corner bench here is just an added feature.
This is a beautiful home near the Phoenix Mountain Preserve where we did a rather extensive remodel and update. We remodeled the masterbath, refinished the very intricate wood flooring, enclosed part of the patio to extend the living area to fit a pool table, remodeled a powder bath, and painted interior and exterior.
