TraVek, Inc. Acquires New Life Roofing, Inc.

[Scottsdale, AZ] December 2, 2021, TraVek, Inc, a reputable Scottsdale remodeling and roofing company, has acquired New Life Roofing, Inc.,  a well-known and very established roofing company in the West Valley. The official announcement was made Wednesday morning, December 1. The move to acquire New Life Roofing first started in October of this year when Richard Bourassa, owner of New Life Roofing, indicated he was interested in selling so that he and his wife could retire. The process took a couple of months, and the deal was signed Wednesday, November 24, 2021.

“This is really exciting for us. We’re happy to expand our roofing services even more,” said Von Raisanen, President of TraVek, Inc. “New Life Roofing has been serving the Valley since 1984, and they have a solid reputation and have delivered the great quality that we’re happy to continue.”

“We’ve had such loyal customers over the past 37 years,” said Richard Bourassa, President, and Owner of New Life Roofing, in his farewell letter to his customers. “We are grateful for the opportunities that we were given. Now the time has come for me and my wife to retire, and after some searching, this has felt like a good transition since our first meeting, and I’m confident that TraVek will take good care of our customers.”

The acquisition of New Life Roofing fits into TraVek’s strategy to be the ‘go-to for all home improvement services. Last year they acquired another well-known roofing company, Trades Unlimited, and this acquisition will help with the continued growth opportunities for TraVek.
