These homeowners had a leaking shower and decided it was time for a full refresh of the master bathroom. The flooring had been done fairly recently, but the rest of the bathroom was much more dated. We redid the shower to be a curbless entry and swapped out the tub and built-in surround for a deep, free-standing tub. The vanities have a much cleaner look. You can see in the "Before", the narrow single sink on the far wall with the lower, awkward vanity spot. The other vanity also had an off-center sink. The "After" has a much more consistent, timeless design.
The homeowner wanted to modernize their Master Bathroom from a home built in the late 80s/early 90s that had never seen an update. TraVek was able to help with a complete redesign that included relocating the shower and creating a full vanity. With the shower floor Flat Pebble tile and the stylish Deco backsplash, this homeowner achieved the beachcomber aesthetic of their dream!
This is a beautiful, airy, spacious remodel to this North Scottsdale Kitchen. The extra space provided by the kitchen remodel was certainly enjoyed by this homeowner!
This was a beautiful remodeling transformation where we transformed a darker, more congested and even tired looking kitchen into one that is fresh, airy, clean, and modern-looking. The cabinets are Starmark. The homeowners were delighted by the beautifully remodeled kitchen and we think you can see why!
Torn up flooring, demoed walls, exposed insulation and wiring, and other failed remodeling nightmares were this homeowner's reality when her contractor went under and abandoned this project. TraVek was able to partner with her and fulfill her vision in this whole home remodel. Check out this welcoming cook's kitchen and how it connects to multiple entertainment spaces to allow the kitchen to truly be the heart of this home.
The whole first floor of this home needed to be brought into the present day. The homeowners had very modern tastes and love collecting art. They didn't want the kitchen to be fully open though, they like their workspace, but they wanted this bar area opened and the ceilings raised. We created this perfect pass-through for guests to visit and enjoy.
This fireplace had an odd shape and texture that no longer would fit the new look of the main floor. We streamlined the fireplace to be the gorgeous focal piece of the Great Room. The slate tile connected the look to the kitchen.
This kitchen needed more workspace as well as more connection to the rest of the home. We opened up a pass-through and upgraded all the appliances. Gorgeous, high-quality StarMark Cabinetry went in and we raised the soffits to fit the taller cabinets.
These homeowners called in because the previous owners had attempted to update this kitchen but cut a lot of corners. The painted cabinets were quickly showing their flaws and the quality left a lot to be desired. The layout worked for their home, so they did not want to make any drastic changes, simply a high-quality upgrade. While we were at it, we installed taller, StarMark Cabinetry and many wonderful storage pull-outs and spaces. All of this was done (plus a laundry room) in just 8 days! A kitchen remodel doesn't have to take forever!
While we were remodeling their kitchen, these homeowners also wanted to give their laundry room a much-needed makeover. With StarMark Cabinetry to match the kitchen, we added storage space and a stylish matching countertop to perfectly fit their new washer and dryer.
The dark countertop and black subway tile simply did not work. It was dated and the homeowners were looking for an aesthetic to match their style. This Cambria Bellingham Quartz counter is a wonderful complement to the StarMark Peppercorn cabinets.
These homeowners had a very clear idea of how they wanted to update their kitchen. Crisp, clean lines, and bright, Bellemont Cabinetry gave them the modern look they were wanting.
This kitchen hadn't been touched since it was built and the cabinets were showing signs of their age. While the original design did give an allusion to open space, the low ceilings and closed-off walls still made it feel cramped and inefficient.
We were able to open up the walls entirely and raise the ceilings to create a more natural flow throughout the home. Beautiful StarMark Cabinetry warmed up the space and we love the unique, stylish choice for bronzed appliances and fixtures.
