As you can see before, these homeowners had a big need for better storage space! They had this narrow mudroom between their garage and kitchen that we were able to build cabinetry into that matched the kitchen just on the other side.
These homeowners needed to be closer to family, but they wanted their relative to keep all the comforts of her home. To allow for her life to maintain normalcy, they decided to build a guest house on the spacious property. They wanted to new build to match the exterior of the home. This 2 bedroom design was the perfect fit for the couple and their dog. With an open concept kitchen into the living room, a master suite with a walk-in closet, and an office space that could double as a guest room, they were able to be close by and still maintain their own privacy.

The whole first floor of this home needed to be brought into the present day. The homeowners had very modern tastes and love collecting art. They didn't want the kitchen to be fully open though, they like their workspace, but they wanted this bar area opened and the ceilings raised. We created this perfect pass-through for guests to visit and enjoy.
This fireplace had an odd shape and texture that no longer would fit the new look of the main floor. We streamlined the fireplace to be the gorgeous focal piece of the Great Room. The slate tile connected the look to the kitchen.
This kitchen needed more workspace as well as more connection to the rest of the home. We opened up a pass-through and upgraded all the appliances. Gorgeous, high-quality StarMark Cabinetry went in and we raised the soffits to fit the taller cabinets.
We had done a kitchen remodel for these homeowners at their previous home. Upon moving to their new home, they quickly saw the builder-grade quality of the cabinetry was not holding up even though the home had only been built a few years prior. They loved the giant island, but the dark, broken-down cabinets had to go. They are artistic people, so brightening the kitchen was important to them as well as the unique color touches. See how the hood vent matches the gorgeous island.
We have done multiple projects for these homeowners, which is the greatest compliment! This kitchen used to have a more exterior wall, and you can still see the design elements in the Before photo, complete with a sliding window to the living room! They wanted to open up that wall as well as create a kitchen that reflected their personal tastes. The use of color accents was very important to them which you can see in the blue lighting and yellow accent stripes.
Originally the kitchen was rather closed in and away from the rest of the house. Luckily our team was happy to help with a full kitchen remodel. Look what a beautiful difference we made once those walls were torn down, and the kitchen was incorporated into the rest of the house. Notice the gorgeous tile wall! These homeowners were absolutely delighted with the results.
These homeowners bought this home after the previous owner sold it mid remodel. With much left undone, and the rest needing to be redone, we were able to come in and revive this old home. The entire home was updated. This one must not be missed. See the full album here: Whole Home Remodel in Phoenix
It's easy to see how tunnel-like and dark this staircase was original. To add insult to injury, it was the first thing seen after walking in the front door. It blocked out so much of the home. We were able to open up space and illuminate the stairs! No more dark carpet and drywall railing. Instead a sleek, open, brighter feel.
Once you entered this kitchen you were stuck! Only one way in and out! These types of kitchens make it difficult to have more than one person in the kitchen. The kitchen can be such a place of a family gathering with a few simple changes. Here we removed the horseshoe portion of the counter as well as opened up the wall to the game room. Just out of shot in the after the photo is the gorgeous and spacious island in Blueberry StarMark Cabinetry. Check out the full photo gallery to see more of this project!
